I get antsy if I sit for too long. My love language is wandering through cities taking pictures and observing neighborhoods. My worldview has been shaped by experiencing new places and diverse perspectives.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, a childhood in Brooklyn, New York & Patterson, New Jersey, transplanted to Madison, Wisconsin as a 3rd grader, moved to Oakland, California as a teenager, and finally back to NYC as an adult.

Growing up in these vastly different cultures has given me insight into different communications styles. I believe to be an effective leader, you need to know what the world looks and feels like outside of your bubble. To lead with empathy, you must be able to understand how other people are struggling, what their strengths are, and what type of support they will need. As someone who builds teams, designs process, and has to work cross-functionally, I am able to speak with authenticity, candor, and transparency.
