For far too long organizations have made empty promises to address their lack of inclusivity and belonging. The only way to interrupt patterns of systemic oppression and exclusion, is to create action oriented interventions using well researched methodologies. I bring an extensive tool kit of practices and processes that result in a diverse pipeline of talent. But more importantly, I create impactful plans that focus on conscious inclusion. I drive important and uncomfortable conversations, design inclusive programming, and maintain relationships with thought leaders to constantly update my frameworks with new information.
